1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (referred to herein as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and 1xbwt (the "Platform", "Operator", or "Company"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the 1xbwt platform, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

1xbwt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the 1xbwt platform following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms apply to all products and services available under the 1xbwt brand, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other disciplines), live casino games, slot games, instant games including Lucky Dice, and any promotional or loyalty programme such as the 1xbwt VIP Club. Where a specific product or promotion has its own supplementary terms, those terms apply in addition to — and do not replace — these General Terms.

1xbwt operates as an online betting and gaming platform. The Platform provides a service that allows eligible users to place wagers on sporting events and to play casino games for real money in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or any other regulated professional service. Gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and past performance on the platform does not imply future results.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the contractual agreement between you and 1xbwt.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with 1xbwt, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. 1xbwt treats underage access as a serious violation and will take all steps available to prevent it.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party, business, or commercial entity.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order — whether placed by yourself through 1xbwt's tools or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme — that would prohibit your access to online gambling services.
• You are registering with your own accurate personal information. Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity details during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently excluded or banned from 1xbwt by the Platform for any prior breach of these Terms.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the platform.

Age Verification: 1xbwt may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point during your account's lifetime, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or at any time a reasonable suspicion of underage access exists. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age and identity verification within the timeframe specified by the Platform will result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

Where a 1xbwt account is found to have been registered or used by a person under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible. Any winnings generated on an underage account will be voided in full and will not be paid out.

3 Account Rules & Registration

Each individual person is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active 1xbwt account at any time. Creating, using, or knowingly benefiting from more than one account — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Platform employs automated detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and balances may be adjusted or voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes linked to your account. 1xbwt will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify the 1xbwt support team immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Accurate information: All personal information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, address, mobile phone number, and any payment method details linked to your account.
• Account security: Do not share your login credentials with any other person. Do not allow any other person to access or operate your account on your behalf. 1xbwt accounts are non-transferable.
• 2FA strongly recommended: 1xbwt offers two-factor authentication for all accounts. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. While currently optional, the Platform strongly encourages all account holders to activate it.
• Contact information updates: If your email address, mobile number, or payment method details change, you are required to update your account information promptly. Outdated contact details may delay withdrawal processing and account security verifications.
• Account currency: All 1xbwt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accounts cannot be switched to a foreign currency. No currency conversion is applied on the platform.

1xbwt reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time and to request supporting documentation. Players who do not complete verification within the stated deadline may have their account restricted to deposit and play only, with withdrawals suspended until the verification process is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

1xbwt supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. The Platform is committed to fast, secure, and fee-free transactions for all verified account holders.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day, and vary by payment method; current limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account after login.

Accepted withdrawal methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer to a Bangladeshi bank account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used for a deposit by the same account holder. This same-source withdrawal policy is enforced to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders against unauthorised cashouts.

• Processing time: Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Verification requirement: Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. This is a one-time requirement for each account, after which subsequent withdrawals proceed without the verification step.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of third-party payment accounts or cards that do not belong to the registered account holder is prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed.
• No fees: 1xbwt does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are beyond the Platform's control.
• Pending withdrawal cancellation: While a withdrawal request has "Pending" status, you may cancel it from within your account. Once a withdrawal moves to "Processing" or "Approved" status, it cannot be cancelled.

1xbwt reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) practice. Players who decline to provide requested documentation may have their withdrawal suspended pending a compliance review. All financial data is handled in accordance with the 1xbwt Privacy Policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

1xbwt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Welcome Bonus: New players who create and verify a 1xbwt account are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Full terms — including the minimum qualifying deposit amount, the bonus percentage, eligible games, and the wagering requirement — are displayed within the promotions section of the platform following login.
• Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier, for example "30x bonus" means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage per game type is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots unless otherwise specified.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated wagering requirements expire within a stated number of days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are forfeited and will be removed from the account balance automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Unless a promotion explicitly allows it, only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing one is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Abuse and exploitation: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting using 1xbwt funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any strategy that attempts to extract guaranteed profit from bonuses — is prohibited. 1xbwt reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to restrict or close accounts, where abuse is detected.
• Promotional modifications: 1xbwt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the bonus and associated requirements already credited will be honoured in accordance with the terms at the time of the claim.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the 1xbwt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type. This section provides the overarching rules that apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

Bet placement: A bet is considered accepted and binding only once the platform has issued a bet confirmation, typically displayed as a confirmation screen and logged in your account's bet history. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation from being generated, the bet is not valid and no liability is created by either party.

• Odds and prices: Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the moment of your bet request may differ from the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance in fast-moving live markets. Where this occurs, the platform's settlement engine applies the odds at the moment of acceptance.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including — but not limited to — event cancellation, venue change, obvious pricing errors, technical failures during live events, or where the outcome cannot be determined within a reasonable period. The decision to void a bet rests with 1xbwt and is final.
• Palpable errors: If a betting price or casino game paytable is published due to a manifest error (sometimes referred to as a "palpable error" or "obvious error"), 1xbwt reserves the right to void all bets or plays made at the erroneous price or paytable, regardless of the apparent outcome. Winnings derived from palpable errors will not be paid.
• Live betting rules: In-play (live) betting markets are settled according to official match data sources used by 1xbwt. Where a discrepancy exists between data sources, the Platform's designated primary data provider's result will be used for settlement. Live bet acceptance is subject to the Platform's real-time risk management system, which may decline a bet or offer revised odds without notice.
• Casino game integrity: All casino games available on 1xbwt — including slots, live dealer games, and instant games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. 1xbwt does not control or modify game outcomes and acts as the account and payment interface for the player.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all sports betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within each market or game before a bet is placed and may be adjusted by the Platform at any time as part of risk management.

All cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), or the International Cricket Council (ICC)). Where an official result is revised following a DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) recalculation or an official inquiry, 1xbwt will re-settle the affected markets accordingly.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1xbwt platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, submitting forged documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, location, or eligibility status.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or using more than one account to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploit referral programmes, or for any other purpose.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players — whether informally or through organised schemes — to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets to the financial detriment of the Platform or other players.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human decision-making. This applies to both sports betting and casino games.
• Arbitrage and hedging abuse: Placing wagers in a manner that guarantees or near-guarantees a profit regardless of outcome by exploiting pricing discrepancies or promotional terms. While professional sports traders may engage in legitimate arbitrage strategies, 1xbwt reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close accounts where such activity is identified as harmful to platform integrity.
• Money laundering: Using the 1xbwt platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal means, or to disguise the origin of illicit funds by cycling them through the platform. 1xbwt is committed to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider for deposits made on the platform without first attempting to resolve the issue through 1xbwt's support team. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and potential legal action to recover funds.
• Interference with platform integrity: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any 1xbwt system, server, or network. Attempting to introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code into the platform.
• Harassment: Behaving in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward 1xbwt staff in any support channel, including live chat and email communications.

8 Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player: You may request the permanent closure of your 1xbwt account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing your account, ensure that your remaining balance has been withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of verification. Please note that once an account is closed, access to bet history and game history will no longer be available to the player.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to stop gambling and want more robust protection than a voluntary account closure, you may activate a self-exclusion period through your account settings or by requesting it from the support team. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent, and during the exclusion period you will not be able to log in, make deposits, or receive marketing communications from 1xbwt. Closure by 1xbwt: The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where account closure is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes. In such cases:

• Where the closure is due to a confirmed breach of Terms (e.g., fraud, multi-accounting, use of bots), the account balance may be partially or fully voided without refund.
• Where the closure is precautionary pending investigation, the account will be suspended and the balance held. If the investigation does not find a breach, the balance will be released and the account reinstated or closed with balance returned at the player's choice.
• Where the closure is due to a player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

Data retention: Upon account closure, 1xbwt retains account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention requirements. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
